Plot

Freddie gets a job offer in Washington D.C. but she declines, so the girls and Mrs. Wayne encourage her to go, she says this city is my home and I'm not going anywhere, meanwhile Ron, Dwayne, and Shazza through a party for Ron's 43rd birthday.
